Calcium peroxide:

·Features: This product is the white or yellowish powder. It is tasteless. The relative density is 2.92, and the melting point is 275. It is less dissolvable in the water and no dissolvable in the ethanol, ether and acetone. Can resolve in the humid air and response with rare acid to turn into oxidizing hydrogen.

·Usage: It is used as bactericide, antiseptic, solving acid pharmaceutical, bleaching agent of oils and the quick-drying pharmaceutical of sealing the clay. It is used as additive in the production of food, tooth powder and cosmetics, and the nonpoisonous disinfectant of seed and grain in the agriculture. It is also widely used in aquaculture, keeping fresh of the fruit, inserting of the rice and the bleaching of paper pulp, fur and cloth.
